Steve Ziger, AIA, a founding partner of Ziger/Snead Architects, has extensive experience with planning, institutional, cultural, educational, religious and historic renovation/reuse projects. As principal in charge of design, Steve is responsible for maintaining design excellence for the firm’s projects. Among his major projects are the Brown Center at the Maryland Institute College of Art, the Baltimore Design School, Parks and People Foundation’s One Park Master Plan, and recent renovations of Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts and the Baltimore Museum of Art.
Jay Jenkins is the president of Jenkins Baer Associates, a premier interior design firm, and a graduate of the Maryland Institute College of Art. Accomplished in virtually every type of design project—residential, commercial, retail and hospitality—Jay’s work can be seen locally, across the country and internationally. Jay also dedicates his time to many causes, primarily to the Baltimore School for the Arts, where he serves as a member of the Board of Overseers.
Carol Macht, RLA, FASLA holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in architecture from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Michigan. During her years of practice, Carol has worked on award-winning projects including contemporary urban parks and plazas, educational and healthcare campuses, and private gardens. She is a founding partner of the multidisciplinary design firm Hord Coplan Macht (HCM).
